None of the contents found on this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, displayed, distributed, modified, sold, or transferred without the written consent of Nippon Travel Ltd. or its third party suppliers. Any unauthorized use of this site and/or materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property law, or other laws and you shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of laws or any other harm resulting from your use of this site.

RESPONSIBILITY OF USE OF WEBSITE
This site may only be used to make legitimate reservations or purchases for personal, non-commercial use. As a condition of use of this website you warrant that:

• You are of sufficient legal age and posses the legal authority to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site.
• That all information supplied by you on this website is true, accurate, current, and complete.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Payment of online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase by credit card. Purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club cards. All credit card purchases will require a copy of the front and back of the card along with photo identification to be presented. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent confirming your purchase request and it is your sole responsibility to verify the information to be in accordance with your intended purchase. If discrepancies should arise you MUST contact our office at 403-294-0694 or 1-800-707-3302 immediately otherwise penalties may apply. Name change and spelling corrections after payment are subject to fees determined by the tour operator or airline with possibilities of additional fees.

CANCELLATION
Most flight purchases are 100% non-refundable and charges will be permitted according to the fare rules submitted by airlines. Please ask your travel agent about the restrictions of the ticket BEROFE being purchased and understand the limitations of your potential purchase. Once a purchase is made it is bound by the rules and restrictions of the corresponding airline. Penalties and a change fee, and/or service fee is required if an airline allows changes to be made.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
It is your sole responsibility to obtain and confirm all the necessary documents, such as passports, visas, and any other identification required to gain entry into the country of your destination. Obtaining passports and visas may require a significant amount of time depending on destination and it is your responsibility to ensure that all documentation is received before travel departures.
Most countries require a passport to be valid for more than 6 months from the RETURN date.
Children under the age of 17 traveling alone may require a letter of authorization written and signed by their parents depending on airline. Please contact the airlines for further information about travel of minors.

INSURANCE
Please check with you health care provider, credit card company, and your own insurance policy to see if you have adequate coverage to travel. Nippon Travel Ltd. offers the option to purchase additional insurance to cover you from any unforeseen circumstances that may occur prior to, during, or after your travel depending on the type of insurance. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance as many airlines do not provide any compensation for unforeseen events and circumstances.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The information published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. Nippon Travel Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors and inaccuracies relating to the information of travel products displayed on this website, much of which is provided by third party suppliers.
All prices within this website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notification. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during, or after a purchase, as a result of a tour operator or airline are not the responsibility of Nippon Travel Ltd.
Nippon Travel Ltd. acts only as an agent for suppliers in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this agency such as transportation, accommodations, tours and other travel related services. This agency therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of suppliers, which may result in injury, damage, loss, accidents, delays or irregularity. This agency is not responsible for cancellation of any services, industry bankruptcies, medical and weather disruptions and advises to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.
Nippon Travel Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever whether to person or property that may arise from the use or purchases of any travel service through this website.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional terms and conditions of Nippon Travel Ltd. and/or its third party suppliers may apply to all reservations and purchases. Travel packages and airfares on this website are supplied by third party suppliers and in turn are all also subject to their own terms and conditions. As such you are solely responsible for reference to the terms and conditions of all third party suppliers specific to their travel service.
